Salary: £31,650 to £49,084 annually
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and adaptable SEN Teacher to support and inspire pupils in a highly inclusive and well-resourced GOOD-rated special school in Andover. This vibrant school caters for pupils with a wide range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech and Language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
The school in Andover is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher who is able to deliver creative, personalised, and differentiated learning to pupils with complex educational and emotional needs. You will be joining a dedicated team who are passionate about helping young people reach their full potential.
SEN Teacher Role:
- Teach a small class of students, allowing for focused, individualised support
- Deliver a broad and engaging curriculum across multiple subjects
- Follow a teaching approach within a specialist setting
- Access a comprehensive induction programme to help you settle into the role
- Receive ongoing support through established and robust support systems
Requirements for SEN Teacher Role:
- Qualified and experienced as a School Teacher or in teaching a broad range of subjects
- Hold Qualified Teaching Status: PGCE with QTS or working towards QTS
- Passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Able to adapt teaching methods to suit learners with diverse needs and abilities
- Motivated to inspire, support, and make a meaningful impact in a specialist setting

- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
