Pay Rate: £150 – £210 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive school in Worthing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal growth.
Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and well-structured lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils. You will encourage active participation, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to help children reach their full potential. Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering tailored support where needed.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues.
- Uphold school policies and promote positive behaviour and values.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience teaching in a UK Primary School setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
