Graduate Teaching Assistant – SEN Focus
Bromley, South London
£90 – £110 per day (based on experience and qualifications)
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Immediate Start

Are you a graduate eager to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a meaningful difference in young lives? A specialist SEN school in Bromley is seeking passionate Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, or SEN support. You’ll work closely with children who have a variety of additional needs, learning from experienced educators while providing vital support to help pupils thrive academically and personally.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with Autism (ASC), SEMH, and other learning needs in 1:1 and small group settings.

  • Helping to deliver creative, engaging lessons adapted to individual needs.

  • Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and social development.

  • Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in any subject – social sciences, psychology, or education-related fields are advantageous.

  • A strong interest in working with children and young people with SEN.

  • Patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability in challenging situations.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
