✨ Graduate Teaching Assistant – SEN Support ✨
Location: Hackney, East London
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Immediate Start

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will become an essential part of the classroom team, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. With guidance from experienced teachers and support staff, you’ll develop skills that could pave the way towards teacher training, educational psychology, or specialist SEN roles.
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, and other additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Assisting teachers in adapting lessons and preparing resources.

Encouraging students’ confidence, independence, and participation.

Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate (any discipline considered, but psychology, sociology, and education-related fields are desirable).

A genuine interest in working with children with SEN.

Resilience, patience, and excellent communication skills.

An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
