Primary Teacher
Location: Arundel
Salary: £150 – £210 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are looking for dynamic Primary Teachers to join schools across Arundel.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. You will work with individuals, small groups, and whole classes, fostering a love for learning and creating a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating lessons in line with the school curriculum.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in all pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of different pupils.
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
