Pay Rate: £85 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Bognor area. This is a great opportunity to assist teachers, support pupils’ development, and make a positive impact in a nurturing and inclusive environment. As a TA, you will support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities, providing one-to-one or small group assistance to pupils who need extra help.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience supporting children in school settings.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, including explanations for any employment gaps.
