Male PE Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Pay: £120 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Male PE Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Brentwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to a dynamic PE department.
The Role:

Teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering both practical and theory lessons.

Plan and deliver engaging sessions that motivate students to participate and achieve.

Organise and lead extracurricular activities, sports clubs, and inter-school competitions.

Support GCSE PE students with exam preparation and coursework.

Promote teamwork, resilience, and a positive attitude towards physical activity.
What We’re Looking For:

QTS desirable, though strong candidates without QTS will be considered.

ECTs are very welcome to apply – excellent support will be provided.

Experience teaching PE in secondary schools (or on placement for ECTs).
