SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted
Location: Waterlooville
Salary Scale: £13.80 to £15 per hour

What You’ll Do as an SEN Teaching Assistant :
- Support students with communication difficulties in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver personalised support
- Implement strategies from ELKLAN training to help children thrive
- Assist in delivering creative activities, including work with a registered Art Therapist
- Foster a calm, caring and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and heard
