Job Title: Disability Support Worker
Location: Poole
Pay Rate: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full Time/Part Time

- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with individuals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
