Salary: Up to £110 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do as a Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored academic and emotional support to students in small groups and one-to-one
- Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Promote positive behaviour and support students' well-being
- Work with learners who may have additional needs, including those with EHCPs
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What You’ll Need:
- A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
- Previous experience in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
