Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Rustington (within 8 miles)
Salary: £85 to £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Assist in developing and implementing individualised education plans.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
