Behaviour Mentor
Location: Ealing
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time
GSL Education is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist school in Ealing. This full-time role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural challenges, encouraging them to engage in learning and build positive coping strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support tailored to pupils’ needs.

Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships with students.

Collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to create a supportive learning environment.

Encourage emotional regulation, resilience, and improved self-confidence.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience supporting students with SEMH or behavioural needs is desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
