Salary: £140 - £190 per day (Depending on Experience)

In this role, you will be teaching Computer Science across Key Stages, encouraging students to explore programming, digital systems, and emerging technologies while fostering problem-solving skills and creativity. You will play a vital part in equipping young learners with the knowledge and confidence needed for a technology-driven future.
As a Computer Science Teacher, your responsibilities will be:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support students with varying abilities, ensuring inclusive learning.
- Inspire and encourage curiosity in coding, programming, and digital systems.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and focused classroom environment.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
Computer Science Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, computer systems, and IT applications.
- Previous experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stages is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students develop digital literacy and problem-solving abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
