Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – EYFS to KS2
Location: Brigg
Pay: £98.94 – £114.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic educator looking to support pupils across the primary age range? GSL Education are offering an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive school in Brigg. This role covers EYFS to KS2, providing a varied and rewarding experience.

About the Role:

As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions. You will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through tailored support and creative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned learning activities across EYFS to KS2.
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with children across EYFS to KS2.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to education.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date CV with two references from the last 2 years.
