Inspire Young Minds as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Grimsby
Pay Rate: £98.94 to £114.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Grimsby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across EYFS to Key Stage 2, helping them flourish both academically and socially in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities of HLTA:
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities under teacher guidance.
- Provide tailored interventions to support pupil progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Support children with varying needs, ensuring equal access to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements for HLTA:
- Experience working as a HLTA or in a similar educational role.
- EYFS to KS2 experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Relevant HLTA qualifications or training are desirable.
- ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply.
