Pay: £98.94 – £114.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are offering an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Grimsby. This role spans across EYFS to KS2, providing a dynamic environment to support children at various stages of their learning journey.
About the Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons, lead small group interventions, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Key Responsibilities of HLTA:
- Support pupils across EYFS to KS2 with tailored learning strategies
- Lead small group sessions and occasionally cover whole-class teaching
- Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt resources and approaches
- Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment
Requirements for HLTA:
- Experience working with children from EYFS through to KS2
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date CV with two references from the last 2 years
- ECTs are welcome to apply
