Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher
Location: Sheffield
Payrate: £155 - £220 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Computer Studies lessons for Key Stages 3–5.
• Teach a range of topics including coding, software applications, digital literacy, and IT systems.
• Inspire students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through technology.
• Assess, track, and support student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs or digital projects.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Computer Science, ICT, or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for technology
• Experience teaching in Secondary Schools preferred
• Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply
• DBS on the Update Service required
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
