Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £130 – £150 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Part-time / Supply

About the Role:
As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers seeking part-time flexibility, whether you are newly qualified, an experienced practitioner, or looking for work-life balance alongside other commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in line with school policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of all learners.
- Adapt to different year groups and classroom dynamics, ensuring progression in learning.
- Follow planning provided where available, or prepare appropriate lessons when required.
- Uphold the school’s safeguarding, behaviour, and assessment policies.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups.
- A collaborative and professional approach to working with staff and pupils.
