Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a passionate PE Teacher to join a vibrant school in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support students’ physical and social development, and foster a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
Role Overview:
As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality physical education lessons across Key Stages. You will encourage participation in sport, develop pupils’ skills, and help them build resilience, teamwork, and confidence.
As a PE Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons across various age groups and abilities.
- Promote physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among pupils.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage behaviour effectively to maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
- Support extracurricular activities, clubs, and school sports events.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Requirements for PE Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching PE at school level is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the physical education curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
