Job Title: Primary Teacher

Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed Primary Teacher to work in schools across Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to create engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities. You will play a key role in helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally, while ensuring that every child has the chance to reach their full potential.
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across Key Stages in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
