Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in Rotherham. This role offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, foster curiosity, and provide a nurturing learning environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Supporting pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and broader personal development.
- Creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
- Assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour management, safeguarding, and child welfare.
- Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic development of pupils.
Requirements for the role of Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full, updated CV covering the last 10 years with explanations for any gaps.
