Salary: £88 – £110 per day

Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in York.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in an SEMH setting or within SEN education settings who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students with a variety of special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Working alongside teachers and other staff to create a safe, inclusive environment.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and resilience in every pupil.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in SEN, SEMH, or complex behaviours.
- Is patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
- Can bring positivity and dedication to the classroom every day.
