Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Key Responsibilities of Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Tailor educational activities and resources to meet the specific needs of the students.
- Help the students understand and complete their work, providing additional explanations and assistance as needed.
- Provide feedback to teachers and adjust support strategies as necessary.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where the students feel valued and included.
Requirements of Primary Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the students.
- Effectively communicate with the students, parents, and colleagues, building positive and supportive relationships.
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community.
- Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential).
