This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled History Teacher to share their love of the subject and motivate students to achieve their very best.

As a History Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of young learners, bringing the past to life in exciting and engaging ways. The school is looking for a confident History Teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.

History Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Create engaging and inclusive learning resources

  • Support students in preparing for GCSE examinations

  • Assess, record, and report on student progress

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and department

History Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Previous experience teaching History in secondary schools

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • A genuine passion for teaching and learning
