GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic teachers to work across a range of fantastic primary schools in Maldon & Chelmsford on a supply basis.

This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, want to gain experience in different school settings, or are looking for a better work-life balance while still making a big impact in the classroom.

The Role

  • Teach engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, depending on your experience and preference.

  • Adapt quickly to new school environments and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning in line with each school’s policies.

  • Support children’s academic and personal development, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools.

  • Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, proactive approach.

  • Passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
