Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Dronfield, Derbyshire
Salary: £95 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing school environment in Dronfield. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils who have autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning needs.

Your Role as SEN Teaching Assistant Will Include:

  • Delivering one-to-one and small group support.
  • Assisting with EHCPs and tailored learning plans.
  • Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Supporting personal care and mobility needs when required.
  • Promoting independence, resilience, and social development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with children or young people with SEN.
  • A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education strategies.
  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential).
