GSL Education is recruiting confident and empathetic Behaviour Mentors to support students in Halstead who need additional guidance to manage their emotions and behaviour in the classroom. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to build trust and consistency for pupils who find mainstream learning challenging. You'll support de-escalation strategies, provide emotional coaching, and promote positive routines throughout the school day.

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and positive learning experience for students. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will provide valuable support to students who may require additional assistance. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of our students and contribute to the overall success of the school.
