I am a Primary Education Recruitment Consultant for GSL Education, based at the Kent office in Canterbury.
Coupled with my recent BA (Hons) in Social Psychology, I have worked in the Education Sector for 5 years and for some of that time, as a GSL employee working at several local Kent Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools. It was through my experience working for GSL, that I have developed an understanding of how to nurture candidates and build harmonious and successful partnerships with client schools; understanding the skill sets they need to best support their children. I decided to return to GSL as a consultant as a result of my positive experiences with the company and I certainly share their values, in making a positive impact in the world of education.
