Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Brighton
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long Term

GSL Education are looking for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic professional as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant nursery setting in Brighton. Key Responsibilities of Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:
- Support the daily care, supervision, and development of children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and deliver fun, creative, and stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain accurate observations and records of children’s progress.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
L3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (desirable).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
