Salary Range: £95 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Time: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are thrilled to be recruiting a committed Physical Education (PE) Support professional for a vibrant school in Chapeltown, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in pupils’ physical and social development.
You’ll work alongside PE teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive physical education sessions, helping students improve their coordination, fitness, and confidence. Your support will foster a safe, energetic, and encouraging environment where every child can succeed.
Key Responsibilities of PE Support:
- Assist in delivering PE lessons and sports activities.
- Motivate pupils and promote a positive attitude toward physical activity.
- Help set up and maintain equipment, ensuring safety at all times.
- Support the development of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Contribute to organising school sports events and extracurricular clubs.
- Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Job Requirements for PE Support:
- Experience supporting PE or sports activities with children or young people.
- A solid understanding of physical education and active learning benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage pupils of all abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
- Relevant qualifications or training in sports, PE, or related fields are a plus.
- An up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
