Salary: £160 - £250 per day (Depending on experience)

Your Mission

As an SEN Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of a nurturing and inclusive classroom, designing and delivering personalised learning experiences that cater to each student’s unique needs. Your dedication will help students build confidence, achieve academic success, and develop essential life skills.

What You'll Do as SEN Teacher

  • Create and implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to engage learners.
  • Track and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Stay informed on the latest SEN teaching methods and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusion.
  • Support students in developing both academic and social-emotional skills.

What You Bring as SEN Teacher

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEN curriculum and educational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for inclusive education and student empowerment.

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Provide an up-to-date CV with two recent references (within the last 2 years).
  • Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
