Job Title: Geography Teacher

Salary: Paid to scale

Contract Type: Full-time
GSL Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Lincoln from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a strong ECT who is eager to deliver engaging lessons and inspire students to develop a love for Geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to department planning and whole-school initiatives
- Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold school policies
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Geography
- Previous teaching experience within a secondary school (ECTs welcome)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners of all abilities
