Job Title: Sports Coach
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting pupils in PE and sports activities in the S25 area of Dinnington, Sheffield?
GSL Education are seeking dedicated Sports Coaches to work in schools across Dinnington (S25). This role offers the opportunity to help pupils develop their physical skills, teamwork, and confidence through engaging sports sessions.
As a Sports Coach, you will:
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging PE and sports sessions.
- Support pupils’ participation, skill development, and enjoyment of physical activity.
- Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy competition.
- Encourage pupils with additional needs during PE and sports lessons.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Energetic, positive, and patient approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
