Job Title: PE Support
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time
Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about supporting pupils in PE lessons in the S25 area of Dinnington, Sheffield?
GSL Education are seeking committed PE Support Staff to work in primary and schools across Dinnington (S25). This role offers the opportunity to assist with delivering engaging PE sessions and supporting pupils’ physical development and wellbeing.
As PE Support, you will:
- Assist PE teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Support pupils’ participation, engagement, and skill development.
- Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment in physical activity.
- Support pupils with additional needs during PE lessons.
- Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Energetic, positive, and patient approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
