ICT Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Part-Time (3 days per week: Monday–Wednesday)

GSL Education is seeking a confident and adaptable ICT Teacher to join a specialist SEMH secondary school in Lincoln. This part-time position is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging ICT lessons while supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching ICT to KS3 and KS4 students within a small, nurturing setting that supports young people who struggle in mainstream education. Lessons will be delivered in a highly personalised, practical and engaging way to help pupils develop digital skills, confidence and positive attitudes towards learning.
What We’re Looking For:

A qualified ICT Teacher (QTS or equivalent), or an experienced Instructor with strong ICT subject knowledge.

Someone who is comfortable working with challenging behaviour and confident using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies.

Experience working in an SEMH, alternative provision or similar environment is desirable, but not essential.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils.

Availability to work part-time, Monday to Wednesday, starting in January.
