About the Role
You will be working 1:1 with a KS1 child, supporting their learning, emotional development and daily classroom activities. The school is warm, friendly and committed to ensuring every child feels supported, valued and understood.
Your Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support for a KS1 child, helping them engage, participate and progress

Assist with classroom activities, small tasks and tailored learning

Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans

Help create a fun, nurturing and structured learning environment

Offer patience, reassurance and a consistent, caring presence each day

Experience supporting children in KS1 (school or childcare experience ideal)
