PMLD Teaching Assistant Opportunity
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience & qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Immediate Start

Your Mission as a PMLD Teaching Assistant
In this role, you’ll become an essential source of stability, care, and encouragement for some of the school’s most vulnerable learners. As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide personalised care and learning support to pupils with complex needs.

Assist with communication programs, sensory activities, and engagement tasks.

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support plans.

Help maintain a calm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment.

Support students with mobility, physical needs, and personal care routines.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive as a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you should bring:

Experience within SEND (PMLD, SLD, or complex needs preferred).

A willingness to support personal care and medical needs.

A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
