Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Rotherham
Payrate: £90 - £120 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing a teaching career or for those who enjoy engaging with students in a dynamic school environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support to students to help them stay focused and complete assigned activities.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff and senior leaders regarding student progress or issues.
• Uphold a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
• Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident in delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
