Behaviour Mentor
Location: Camden
Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education is looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEN school in Camden. This is a full-time role, supporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs to achieve their best in a safe and inclusive setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural challenges.

Help students develop emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.

Work alongside teachers and staff to put behaviour strategies in place.

Build positive and trusting relationships that encourage engagement in learning.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience supporting young people with SEMH or challenging behaviour (desirable).

Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills.

A proactive and supportive approach to mentoring.

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
