We are searching for outstanding Teaching Assistants who feel passionate about making a real difference to the lives of their students.  We regularly get positions in both the Primary and Secondary sectors and have not got enough TAs to meet the demand. We are looking for TAs to work around the North Manchester and Salford areas on a day-to-day or Long-term basis.  

To be considered for a role as Teaching Assistant, you will have:

  • A relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification eg. CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools, HLTA or a teaching qualification.
  • Recent experience working within a UK based Primary or Secondary School;
  • High levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to build relationships with students, other members of teaching staff and senior management.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills, as well as possessing the ability to remain calm under pressure.
