Year 6 Teacher Required Pay Rate: M1-6 Required: Immediately GSL Education have been asked by a client school to seek out an enthusiastic and committed Year 6 teacher to undertake a long term sickness cover in an outstanding school. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of SAT’s and be able to set high standards. Experience of working with Gifted and Talented children would be beneficial but not essential. Delivering the curriculum to a high standard is of paramount importance as the school build on their reputation and previous results. The successful applicant will: • Have an AAT/CCAB Accounting qualification and/or CIPD or equivalent. • Have at least 2 years of relevant senior management experience. • Have experience of more than one school or a school based context. • Be directly responsible and accountable for the management, administration, control and monitoring of the delegated school budget share (£8m+), school fund and other sources of income and expenditure. • Be responsible for the financial strategic planning including all financial implications. • Ensure the school makes the best possible use of the resources available. • Contribute to the management of the PFI contract. • Be part of the Senior Leadership Group. • Have direct responsibility for the leadership, management and organisation of the Finance, HR, Administration and Reprographic departments within the school.
