I’m Olivia, an Education Recruitment Consultant for GSL Education Lincoln Branch.
This is my first time in recruitment, and I am really looking forward to building strong, professional relationships with candidates, and supporting in helping them find the right job which suits their needs. Being able to help and support people is something I am passionate about, so therefore I feel recruitment will be a great career for me!
From finishing school, I have carried on my Education to better myself and my career. In July 2022 I completed my BA Criminology degree, and once completed, I went on to complete my MA Criminal Justice and Crime Control degree. I previously worked at Superdrug for 4 years, which I loved as I also have an interest in all things health and beauty, this was a great job for me in order to build up my confidence and customer service skills.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, going out to eat and going on long walks with both my dogs, Bella and Millie, who are Cavapoo’s!
Starting my job at GSL was a big change for me, but I am looking forward to the challenge and keeping busy! I am excited to find people their preferred job in the Lincolnshire area.
