Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you an enthusiastic Primary Teacher ready to inspire young learners and help them reach their full potential?
A vibrant primary school in Brigg is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher with experience across EYFS to KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality teaching that motivates and engages pupils.
Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons across EYFS–KS2.
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, identifying areas for development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil learning and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.
To be successful as a Primary Teacher, you should:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
- A passion for education and commitment to supporting children’s academic and personal growth.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
