Primary Teacher
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/ Long Term, Full time / Part time

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Teacher looking to inspire young learners across EYFS to KS2?

GSL Education are seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to join schools in Gainsborough, offering engaging lessons and supporting children to achieve their full potential.

The role will involve teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring high standards of learning and supporting the personal development of every pupil. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their journey in a nurturing and professional environment.

Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management and classroom engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and enrichment activities.

Primary Teacher Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification, ECTs are also welcome to apply.
  • Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
  • Ability to teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality education and pastoral support.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different classroom environments.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
