Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day

Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Sports Coach with a passion for inspiring young people through physical education and sport?
GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to join schools in the Snalth (DN14 6) area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support pupils’ physical and mental wellbeing, promote teamwork, and deliver engaging sports sessions across a range of activities.
As a Sports Coach, you will:
- Plan and deliver fun, active, and inclusive PE and sports sessions.
- Encourage pupils to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills through sport.
- Support students’ overall wellbeing and help maintain positive behaviour during sessions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to enhance the physical education curriculum.
- Provide support in lessons and extracurricular activities, including after-school clubs.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all pupils.
Requirements for Sports Coach:
- Experience working with children or young people in a sports or education setting.
- A coaching qualification or background in sports is desirable.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage groups and promote positive behaviour.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
