What the role involves

Covering classes across KS1 and KS2 when teachers are absent

Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged in learning

Supporting children’s progress and wellbeing in the classroom

Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

Maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
What we’re looking for
- HLTA status (or equivalent experience leading whole classes)
- Experience supporting teaching and learning in UK primary schools
- Confidence, adaptability, and a positive approach
- Strong behaviour management skills and a genuine passion for education
