GSL Education are currently seeking passionate and adaptable KS2 Primary Teachers to work on a supply basis across a variety of primary schools in Chelmsford.
This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility, as you will have the opportunity to work in different school settings while still having the option of longer-term roles if you’d like more consistency.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS2 (Years 3–6).

Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and follow each school’s policies.

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to ensure a smooth school day.

Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Support pupils’ academic and personal development in line with the school’s ethos.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching in UK primary schools, particularly across KS2.

Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, professional approach.

Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting pupils in their learning journey.
