Job Title: SEN Classroom Support

Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
As an SEN Classroom Support, you will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide personalised assistance to students with a range of needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in school life.
- Deliver one-to-one interventions to reinforce learning.
- Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and resilience.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in SEN setting is desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in education or support work are advantageous.
To work with GSL Education as SEN Classroom Support, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
