Salary: £13.68 - £16.12 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Sports Coach, you will play a key role in delivering engaging physical education sessions tailored to the needs of secondary-aged students with diverse learning profiles.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured and inclusive sports sessions that cater to a range of abilities and interests.
- Encourage students to develop positive habits around fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
- Work alongside teachers, TAs, and pastoral teams to support holistic student development.
- Track student engagement and progress and review meetings.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a sports or educational setting is essential.
- A proactive, empathetic, and energetic approach to mentoring.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for sport and youth development.
- Relevant coaching qualifications or training in physical education or youth work are advantageous.
To work with GSL Education as Sports Coach, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
