We’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable KS2 Primary Supply Teachers to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Chelmsford.
Whether you prefer the variety of day-to-day supply or the consistency of short-term and long-term placements, this role gives you the freedom to choose what works best for you.
Perfect for both experienced teachers and ECTs, supply teaching is a great way to broaden your experience, build relationships with local schools, and keep a healthy work-life balance.
Your Role:

Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6).

Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms, and teaching styles.

Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Manage behaviour effectively in line with each school’s policies.

Inspire, motivate, and support pupils to achieve their best.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Recent experience teaching KS2 pupils in UK primary schools.
✅ Confidence, adaptability, and a flexible approach.
✅ Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
