Pay Rate: £140 – £190+ per day (depending on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher ready to inspire pupils and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum?
GSL Education are seeking a passionate and adaptable Teacher to join a welcoming school in Bentley. In this role of Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching on a day-to-day basis, ensuring pupils continue to learn and thrive in the absence of their regular teacher.
As a Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering lessons across a range of subjects according to school plans and curriculum.
- Maintaining a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
- Assessing and monitoring pupils’ progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
- Liaising with teaching staff, support staff, and school leadership to ensure continuity of learning.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching in a UK school setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
- Be flexible, confident, and able to adapt to different year groups and subjects.
- Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps over the last 10 years.
